Title The Low-frequency Fluctuation in Semiconductor Lasers with ExtemalCavity at Different Temperatures

Abstract The laser temperature dependence of the Iow frequency fluctuation (LFF) behavior in the output power of semiconductor lasers under optical feedback is experimentally investigated. It is found that the frequency range of the LFF fluctuates with an average value that decreases with temperature. either at a fixed biasing current or optical feedback power. The current dependence of LFF is confirmed at different values of the laser temperature.
