| Title | Toward a Generalization of Greville Formula-construction and Graduation Abridged Life Tables |

| Abstract | In This paper we generalize the Greville formula for constructing abridged life tables. The proposed formula is used to construct and graduate abridged life table from the age specific death rates for a 5- year interval. We use the chi-square criterion to compare the results of suggested method with the survivors numbers in a life table. It seems reasonable to accept the results of this work. |
