| Abstract | Structural studies of Gallium binary intermetalic compounds which crystallized in AIB2 , Ba AI, and a-ThSi2 structure types, based on the changes in bond distances, coordination numbers and coordination polyhedrons, led to following conclusion. , Gallium behaves as non-metal when it interacts with it self, where it behaves as metal when it interacts with the other element. The anisotropic polarization properties of Gallium are pronounced in it's compounds, which crystallized in BaAl, structure type. |
