| Abstract |
Educational institutions are considered to be one of the most important facilities in our social daily life. The state of the educational system and institutions in any nation is a reflection of its culture, power, economy. and dvelopment . The quality of institutions and their equipment as well as the extent of their resources are essential for implementing the educational objectives, and producing qualified manpower. The objective of this study is to evaluate the spaces and equipment of current school buildings in Riyadh district, both rented and owned, and investigate their fulfillment of achieving the users' educational and psychological needs. The study used descriptive and analysis tools, involving questionnaire survey of 60 school principals and 255 teachers. Personal interviews wit some participants and site observatios were also conducted. The conclusive of shis study showed the importance of rivirwing the school buildings' programs, design, and construction to meet the erquirements of educational curricula and users' needs |
