| Abstract |
Modern Hebrew uses punctuation marks to indicate cases of pauses and connections in varied sentence-related structures. This approach involves both the external and internal punctuation marks. Even though the written Hebrew is distinguished from spoken Hebrew by depth in meaning and by logical sequence of ideas, still a comprehension of a written text in Hebrew is a relative matter.
