Title Student Teaching Supervisors’ Job Satisfaction

Abstract The purpose of the study was to find out job satisfaction for student teaching supervisors in the College of Education at King Saud University . A questionnaire was designed to measure supervisors’ job satisfaction . Results of this study indicated that supervisors were satisfied with their job, however it showed they are not satisfied with some aspects, which related to administrative organization and students. The results also showed that there is no significant difference in their job satisfaction according to education degree and department .
