| Abstract |
This research aims to explore and analyze the cognitive styles and creativity level of a sample of managers of Jordanian service organizations. The research used measures to determine cognitive styles and creativity level. The collected data were analyzed by using groups of descriptive and analytical statistical methods. The most significant results of the research indicate that the creativity level is average for most members of the sample under study; their cognitive style is homogeneous, and no statistical relationship is found between the cognitive styles and creativity level. The research recommends as important for Arab organizations to study and analyze the cognitive styles and creativity level for their employees, especially for managers to improve the creativity level to positively affect and improve their performance and the performance of their organization. |
