Title The Relationship between Style of Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Role Conflict and Role Ambiguity and Some Demographical Variables in One of the Egyptian Public Organizations

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between style of leadership, organizational commitment, role conflict and role ambiguity in one of the Egyptian public organizations. The sample of this study consists of 62 leaders. The analysis of the data showed: (1) There were positive significant relationships between leaders' style and organizational commitment. (2( There were positive significant relationships between leaders' style and role conflict and role ambiguity. (3) There were negative significant relationships between leaders' organizational commitment and role conflict and role ambiguity. (4) There were significant differences between age, social status, job level, and leaders' style. (5) There were significant differences between age and leaders' organizational commitment. (6) There were significant differences between age, experience, educational level, gender and leaders' role conflict and role ambiguity
