| Abstract | The study aimed at identifying the level of the administrative creativity of Educational leaders in The Directorates of Education in Jordan.The study also investigated the relation ship between the level of the administrative creativity of Educational leaders and the impact of some in dependant variables (experience , education , and region). To achieve the objective of the study , the researcher developed a tool. the validity of the tool was verified by a group of experts, reliability coefficient was obtained through testing and retesting. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaires according to Pearson’s correlation were 0.81 respectively.The study sample consisted of 264 educational leaders randomly chosen.The findings of the administrative creativity among the Educational leaders in The Directorates of Education in Jordan was generally high in all areas. The findings showed statistically significant differences in problem-solving , communication and Encouraging creativity in favour of those holding Ph , Ds. There were also differences in adventure in favour based on the findings the researcher made number of recommendation |
