| Abstract |
In recent days, international terrorism became a nightmare, received attention from scientists, politicians, journalists, and even ordinary people. People are confused between what is considered terrorism and what is a legitimate struggle. Moreover somebody tries incorrectly to establish a theory of Islamic terrorism yet until this moment there is no strict, agreed upon definition of international terrorism. The objective of this study is to discuss the real concept of international terrorism, and to examine whether or not there is a crime called international terrorism in the legal sense. It also focuses on the Islamic perspective of international terrorism. And finally this study asserts and identifies the difference between terrorism and legitimate struggle. |
