| Abstract | This study deals with an edition of ten Safaitic inscriptions found in the region of Mafraq in the North-East of Jordan. The study aims at analyzing the inscriptions, meanings and structure of the words and the proper nouns contained therein. The inscriptions have yielded five new proper nouns: anfs, alflh, shmlh, t.mg, mwng. Three more words appear for the first time in Safaitic inscriptions: mCza, gr, nb. |
