Abstract Issued many regulations and legislation that established a task for a contemporary renaissance legislative contributed to the restructuring of the rules and style of judicial work and formal manner based on the skilful balance between Islamic law and regulations Tap contemporary, and it is enough to know that in one year the Kingdom witnessed the birth of many important regulations, such as pleadings law issued in 1421 H, and the Code on Criminal Procedure, and the legal system, and show the importance of the new system, in that it acknowledged for the first time in the history of Saudi lawyers professionally order subject to a set of legal rules governing the exercise of the assets, their rights and duties, and penalties for violation of legal and ethical rules. The book is in three sections located beneath six chapters, which ends conclusion, and references.
