| Abstract | This book aims to the statement of the interest of Saudi Arabia in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the areas of protection order (law) for the environment, and the book includes three chapters, Chapter I of the knowledge and define the concept of the environment and the issue of protecting and statement role that could be played by science of law ( ) in the area of environmental protection, as it arena, with its binding rules governing human behavior. In Chapter II, deals with the actors or administrative organizations in the Kingdom, and on the protection of the environment. Finally, in Chapter III, and a detailed review of what has been the overall approval or to continue to apply in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. |
