Abstract
This book dealt with the concept of human rights in Islam and in the positive law of Historically, international, regional, in the first quarter; In chapter II; talked about the protection of public freedoms and procedures restricting public freedoms, as well as human rights and public freedoms as a defendant in informing people, as well as the silence and speak, as well as the rights of juveniles and women. Addressing the principle of legality and criminal in the third quarter; In chapter IV: talked about negotiation, and speaks in chapters V and VI: the right of litigation and judicial independence.
