Abstract
This book reviews some of the progress achieved in the field of food processing, and the book is in four chapters include Chapter I: Plant products industry, which includes seven areas, Chapter II reviews: animal products, and covers three areas, and the third chapter deals: some industrial areas relevant food industry, such as water and carbonated beverages industry ... Etc. Chapter IV describes: Some aspects of the specifications and standards relating to food Saudi Kingdom, and disciplines related to food in Saudi universities.
