Abstract
Addressing this part of the book identified planning strategies through which the kingdom, and mechanisms that contributed to the development, where planning for areas of nature unique geographic and demographic needs to look adequate for the future of those areas, and provision of this book helps stages in their application and has made clear the importance of the book conclusion the interdependence between the objectives of national strategies and the concept of continuous planning, which identifies the means and values in a policy planning and implementation, and ended the book definition of participants.
