Abstract
Illiteracy is a serious phenomenon of the alphabet, one of the manifestations of underdevelopment connotations, and therefore, the Kingdom has worked to redress the causes of illiteracy, with a Saudi-sponsored Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz quantitative and qualitative achievements in the field of literacy, the Kingdom has achieved in this area unless it occurs countries other Arab and non-Arab preceded the Kingdom in this area of tens of years, so that the Kingdom deserved harvested in this area a number of certificates and awards from the scientific bodies and other regional and dramatic achievement in this huge and impressive attention to all this progress within the framework of the law without coercion missed him the value and dignity of man, so much has been achieved by the Kingdom is accomplished in that area earned him praise and appreciation from all quarters and scientific bodies.
