| Abstract |
This book is a documentary record of the march by the Saudi Development Rights, which has emerged a global experiment successful by all standards, events cause a radical change in the structure of the human resources of Saudi standard time period, the book explained that the main core programs in that experience is the emission program, which contributed program development rights in Saudi, the book is in three chapters, dealing with Chapter One: human resources development. The Chapter II: emission, history and organizational development of emission in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and then the book ends with a summary conclusion of what has been reviewed in the book, then references. |
