| Abstract | The book deals with manifestations of prosperity and educational welfare in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdul-Aziz. Addressing the talk about social and educational care at the institutional level, and public programs of national, social and corrections, and then put forward a vision of scientific support operations in addition to the professional methods to activate education programs in the light of social welfare.
