| Abstract |
The process of modernization has profound implications for state policy, as it impacts of the benefits and disadvantages in building political legitimacy. Social mobilization that accompany modernization, which includes population growth in large cities and urban centers and low illiteracy rate, and the enormous rise in education and exposure to media and the increasing wealth seems to hand it strengthens the chance of a political civil society, as well as theoretically increase the capacity of the government and administration. But on the other disturbing effects on traditional political relations, and this book consists of the following chapters: 1-input, 2-theoretical framework of the study, 3-expansion and modernization of education in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy King Fahd, 4-Custodian of the Two Holy King Fahd fair modernization and internal stability, 5-regional stability (decision to liberate Kuwait). |
