| Abstract |
This book deals in twelve chapters most relevant integrated operations in the area of food processing engineering: the friction losses in the piping, heat transfer pregnancy, and the thermal treatment of the Food (combustion gases and Alhlakih), and loading and investigation (antenna, aerosol), drying, extrusion, and fumigation , and mechanical separation processes. Each chapter also includes such chapters on the theoretical background of the integrated under study, the objectives of the scientific exercise, materials, methods and calculations, the expected results, and examples, questions, and references. |
