Abstract
The book contains three parts discussed in Parts I and II of various types of chemical and bacteriological tests conducted on raw milk and milk factories heat, while addressing the third part ways screening and selection of dairy products also includes some of the questions on tests inside the book, the book also included many tables for use by the student in the codification of the results of laboratory experiences. The reference book for students of the Faculty of Agriculture and technical institutes and labs working dairy area control the quality of milk and its products.
