Abstract The book aims to introduce the basic concepts of the theory of making positions in the non-competitive, and competitive positions, and used to address some of the practical problems. This book is divided into two sections: Section I: decision-making in the competitive positions of others, Part II: decision-making positions in Allantfisseh. It notes that the study of non-competitive positions depend on the distributions probabilistic estimation of the events and using personal appreciation to the expert responsible for the problem under study. In the light of empirical information that can be obtained by using the theory Baez is mixing personal appreciation with the pilot to obtain information on the so-called information amended.
