| Abstract | The book consists of three sections, the first section contains five chapters provide translators system costs by the activities of small and medium-sized projects and the evolution of the problem. Then the second section contains eleven chapters talk about establishing a system where cost and implementation activities, building models compile cost productivity and expense rates, and then move translators to the Section III contains nine chapters that talk about values analyzes operations and decision support, and systems of long-term costs and pricing methods while the Chapter XXV single system cost by activity.
