| Abstract | This book represents the third phase in the evolution theory in the field of patterns of international relations, which used to employ social theory for the interpretation and understanding of international behavior in an attempt to explain unless explaining realism or realism new and constructive point of view. والنظريات الاجتماعية ليست نظريات للسياسة الدولية، ولكن ما تقوم به النظرية الاجتماعية هنا هو اختيار منظومة اجتماعية (المنظومة الدولية)، ومن ثم تحديد الفاعلين فيها وكيف تم تشكيلهم. The social theories are not theories of international politics, but what the theory of social choice here is a social system (System International), and thus determine where and how the perpetrators were formed. |
