| Abstract |
Forecasting in general, administrative and forecasting in particular, is one of the basic methods in the work of public and private companies, small and large. فلا توجد إدارة بدون أهداف، وإستراتيجيات وخطط فعالة. There are no management without goals, strategies and plans effectively. والتنبؤ هو الأداة التي تزود الإدارة بالاقتراحات والأولويات التي تبنى عليها الأهداف والإستراتيجيات والخطط. The prediction is the tool which provides management proposals and priorities that build upon objectives, strategies and plans. إن رسم الصورة المستقبلية للظاهرة ستساعد متخذ القرار في أي موقع كان: سواء على المستوى الاقتصادي أو المالي أو الإداري أو التاريخي أو الاجتماعي أو السياسي. The formulation of the future of the phenomenon will help the decision maker at any site was: both at the economic, financial, administrative, historical, social or political. |
