| Abstract | The book provides an integrated approach to scientific models and theories that attempted to explain the phenomenon of foreign policy in a scientific comparative. The author of the book stems from the assumption that the President can study the phenomenon of foreign policy scientific study identifies the variables affecting the phenomenon, and the relative balance of the variables that influence them in a bid to reach a position from which generalizations interpret the foreign policies of the various international units, and forecasting. Therefore, the author focused on the analysis of variables foreign policy separately. |
