| Abstract | The book consists of seven chapters: Chapter I: touch some of the basic concepts to understand the different levels of circulation in which to address ethical problems, Chapter II: the social context in which we must operate within the general administrative, Chapter III: Nature bilateral administrative responsibility in modern society, Chapter IV : incompatibility between the substantive responsibility and self-responsibility, Chapter V: presents from the perspective of management, inputs two years to reach the responsible exercise in public organizations - control internal and external, Chapter VI: explain the perspective that has been the administrative review, chapter VII: focuses on the individual perspective, which is trying to acting morally corrupt administration in the face or lost vision on its assessment of the public interest. |
