| Abstract | This study is a summary of the draft curriculum, and several contributions by a group of people of the oil-producing country in the Arabian Peninsula, the study aims to identify the current reality of the projects in the region, and the challenge of efficient performance, and identify their role in development; pursuit of the development of this fact by identifying problems and the obstacles that hinder the efficient functioning of these projects and therefore adversely affect its role in the development effort to explore the controversy and emphasize areas that could be addressed to find a scientific strategies, enabling these vital projects to raise the efficiency of their performance and gradually emerging, leading to the development of their ability to play its role the strategic economic and social transformations required in order to achieve the great goal; goal of the development of the region. |
