| Abstract | This book addresses all the problems of urbanization in the Third World. It is far then. And speaking in the book that rapid urbanization resulting from the increasing migration from the countryside to cities, will issue the Chairperson in the upcoming third eras: economically, politically and morally. However, there is no theory can provide an integrated platform for action to address this problem. We must give greater priority to the development of this theory.
